• Two guest rooms, furnished with plush queen-size beds, air conditioning, television.

• The two guest rooms share one spacious, newly         renovated bathroom. 

• Full, elegant breakfast served in streamside breakfast parlor

• Rate is $ 100.00 per night, double occupancy.  A thick futon mattress can be added to one room for a third person, at a  $ 20.00 additional charge.

• A two-night minimum is required.

• Payment in advance is requested. A ten-day cancellation is required to receive a refund of advance payment. 

• Ideal for  families or two couples  -- book both rooms, to have the entire second floor, with the shared bath across the hall from each room.

• Smoking and pets not allowed.

Directions to Mount Tobias Bed and Breakfast

From the south: Take NY State Thruway Rt. 87 to Exit 19, Kingston. Go right on Rt. 28 West, “ to Pine Hill.”  Go 6 miles until a right turn onto Rt. 375. At the end, turn left onto Route 212 and follow through the village of Woodstock, for 3 miles. Watch for The Bear Café on the left, with signs indicating a right turn to continue on Rt. 212.  Turn right, passing the Bearsville Post Office.  Follow Rt. 212 4.3 miles to Lake Hill and Mount Tobias B&B. Watch for two yellow reflectors on the right,  driveway to House number 4218 is just past the reflectors. There is a small  white B&B sign on the right side of the road, at the end of a white picket fence.

From the north: Go south on NY State Thruway Rt. 87 to Exit 20, Saugerties.  After toll booth, turn left, follow to the light, and turn right onto Route 212.  Follow all the way to Woodstock, then follow directions above to Mount Tobias B&B  in Lake Hill.

Approaching from Phoenicia and points north:  From Route 28,  south of Phoenicia, turn onto Route 212.  The sign indicates Mt. Tremper. Go 3.5 miles from Mt. Tremper and you will be in the hamlet of Willow.  You will know it from the yellow Auto Repair shop, on the left hand side, with lots of cars parked in front.  A bit further on, watch on the left for the lovely small white church.  From that point, Mount Tobias B&B is 4/10 mile,  on the left,  directly across from a one story green barn
